Based on this information, the practitioner will suggest which programme is suitable for your condition. At this point, you can choose whether to continue. If you decide not to continue, you will only pay for the initial consultation.
If you do choose to continue, your lifestyle practitioner will work with you to create a personalised plan to address your specific health concerns.
